Send an invoice to the invitee when a new paid event is scheduled in Calendly, and mark it as refunded if the event is canceled.
⚠️ The Calendly user account for which the webhook subscription is being made will need a paid subscription on the Professional, Teams, or Enterprise plan. Learn more
Setting Up Calendly
1. Navigate to https://calendly.com/integrations/api_webhooks.
2. Click on "Get a token now".
3. Enter a token name (e.g. Invoiless) and then click the "Create token" button.
Once the token is created, click on "Copy token". 🔑
Connect with Calendly
After setting up your Calendly account:
1. Go to the Integrations page.
2. Scroll down to "Calendly", then click "Connect".
3. Paste the token that you previously copied from your Calendly account, then click on "Save". ✅
