How to configure Microsoft 365 SMTP?

Step 1: Navigate to the Integrations page on your Invoiless dashboard, scroll down to the "Custom SMTP" section, enter the following details, then click on "Connect".

- Sender email: Your Microsoft 365 email address.

- Host: smtp.office365.com

- Port: 587

- Username: Your Microsoft 365 email address.

- Password: The password for your Microsoft 365 email account.

💡 If you encounter issues while using these SMTP details, you may need to enable SMTP authentication in your Microsoft 365 admin center. Please refer to the FAQs section below for more information.

Step 2: After connecting your Microsoft 365 account with Invoiless, click the "Send Test Email" button to test the integration.


Now all your emails will be sent through your custom Microsoft 365 SMTP server. 🥳

How to enable SMTP AUTH?

1. Open the Microsoft 365 admin center and navigate to Users > Active users.

2. Select the user, and in the flyout that appears, click Mail.

3. In the Email apps section, click Manage email apps.

4. Check the box for Authenticated SMTP in the list of options. Then, click the Save changes button at the bottom.
