How to upload attachments?

The method for adding attachments varies depending on the type of record. For records like invoices, estimates, etc., you can find the "Attachments" option in the menu actions bar on the view page.

For other types of records, the "Attachments" option is located in the item line actions.

You can then click on "Upload" to upload a new document. Once uploaded, you will have the options to "View", "Download", or "Delete" the attachment. Additionally, the "Name" field is an input area where you can rename your attachment.

For example, if you add attachments to an invoice, they will be accessible in the preview.

What is a credit?

A credit represents one file upload to your records, regardless of file type or size. Each time you upload a document, one credit is deducted from your account.

How to add credits?

Attachments are credit-based and are only available with the Pro Plan. You can check your credits on your Subscription page and add more by navigating to "Attachments > Add Credits". After upgrading, you get 10 free credits. ๐Ÿงก

What is the max attachments per record?

You can add up to 3 attachments per record (e.g., 3 attachments per invoice). Maximum file size is 2MB per upload.

Do credits expire?

No, credits are lifetime - they never expire. You can buy as many as you need and keep them forever.

What happens if I run out of credits?

When you run out of credits, you'll need to purchase more to continue uploading attachments. Please note that you can only add new credits when you run out of credits. Existing attachments remain accessible even without credits or subscription.
