Dynamic variables can reference other fields in the invoice builder. You can use variables such as the invoice date, total amount, customer name, etc.
Supported variables:
💡 Ensure to enclose variables within brackets, e.g., "Your invoice total is [total] for [date_month]. Please complete the payment before [due_date]."
Variable | Description |
---|---|
customer_name | Selected customer's company or full name. |
property_name | Your property/business name. |
total | Invoice total. |
date | Full date. |
date_month | Long month name from the date. |
date_year | Year from the date. |
due_date | Full due date. |
due_month | Long month name from the due date. |
due_year | Year from the due date. |
late_fee_amount | The penalty charged for overdue payments. |
late_fee_date | The deadline by which payments must be made to avoid penalties. |
