When a customer pays an invoice online through Stripe, PayPal, or Razorpay, Invoiless automatically captures the gateway's processing fee on the payment record. No setup needed ✨
Where to find your processing fees
- Go to your Payments page.
- Check the Processing fee column to see the fee charged on each payment.
- You can also open an invoice and hover over an amount in the payment list to see the fee in a tooltip.
Fees as expense transactions
For every captured fee, Invoiless automatically creates a matching expense transaction under the system Payment processing category.
