How to enable Swiss QR-Bill on your invoices
Add Swiss QR payment slips to your invoices for easy payment processing

Swiss QR-Bill is the standard payment slip format in Switzerland. When enabled, a QR payment slip is appended as the last page of every invoice PDF. Your customers can scan the QR code with any Swiss banking app to initiate payment instantly.
Enable Swiss QR-Bill
1. Go to your "Settings > Integrations > Compliance" page.
2. Find theĀ Swiss QR-BillĀ card and clickĀ "Enable Swiss QR-Bill".
3. A dialog will open with aĀ Compliance statusĀ section. If any required fields are missing (such asĀ IBAN,Ā country, etc.), follow the guide there to complete them.
4. Once all required business information is complete, clickĀ "Enable Swiss QR-Bill"Ā to finish the setup.

š” The QR payment slip will only appear on invoices withĀ CHFĀ orĀ EURĀ currency. Invoices in other currencies will export as normal PDFs without the payment slip.
Using Swiss QR-Bill with XRechnung & ZUGFeRD / Factur-X
If you have already enabledĀ XRechnung & ZUGFeRD / Factur-X, both features work together. Your exported PDFs will include embedded XML data for e-invoicing compliance and a QR payment slip as the last page.
