Getting Started with Public Portal
- Go to the Customers page.
- Select the customer you want to create a public portal for.
- Click on the "Create public link" button to generate a public link.
Share the generated link with your client for immediate access without registration.
Is the public portal secure?
Yes, each portal has a unique, encrypted link that can only be accessed by those who have it. You can revoke access at any time.
What can customers do in the public portal?
- View all shared invoices
- Access and download invoices
- See payment status and history
- View quick statistics for "Pending", "Paid", and "Unpaid" invoices
- Access invoice history for recurring items
How is this different from the Customer Portal with login?
The public portal provides quick, registration-free access. The Customer Portal with login offers additional features, and if your client already uses Invoiless, they can manage everything from one place.
